只有當地人才知道，原來天使教堂有過兩位聖召。
黃瑞霞修女（左五）與黃翠芳修女（右一），出生於十二寮，在這裡生活、長大，直到受到天主的召叫，才離開了峨眉鄉，開始了修道生活。
兩位修女是堂姐妹，博學多才，活潑開朗，隸屬於台北教區耶穌聖嬰方濟各修女會，服務於文德女中，桃李滿門，作育英才。是許多學子的良師益友。
而今天他們協同頭份天主堂林安德神父（右三）及教友們回到了記憶中點教堂，細數曾經的種種故事，懷念的神情溢於言表，笑說一切都應當感恩在心中，我們就熱切祈禱！-2018/08/11

Returning “Home”
Not many know Shi’erliao area is two sisters’ home.
Sister Hwang, Rui-Hsia (fifth from left) and Sister Hwang, Tsui-Fang (first from right) were cousins, born and raised in Shi’erliao area until both pursued their vocations to Lord and joined the Franciscan Sisters of The Holy Infant Jesus (O.S.F.). Both Sister Hwang are erudite and energetic, and devote themselves into the education at St. Bonaventure Girls’ Senior High School in Taipei.
Today, they are grateful and happily returning “Home” and visit the chapel together with several old “families”. What a precious reunion!
丁神父帶著天使來訪
七月接近尾聲的時候，彩繪玻璃藝術家丁松青神父在一個炎熱的早晨踏進了荒蕪廢墟般的天使教堂，還記得前一天下午這裡下了非常大的雨，周遭的土地已經成了泥濘鬆軟的狀態，一個不小心就可能會滑倒。而小丁神父與同行的新竹縣清泉藝術之森駐村藝術家施英輝先生開車從清泉部落來到十二寮，為的是探勘教堂的窗戶，規劃與安排彩繪玻璃事宜。
查看歷史紀錄，這裏被稱為十二寮天使堂，故教堂重建時，我們期待能還原教堂本體建築，更想要探索挖掘及保留當年神父們在此開拓所賦予的精神及文化。
經過多年的荒廢與雨水的沖刷，考慮其主體建築已經相當危險故而將圍籬築起，以待重建工程的順利開展，我們期待以美好的面貌重現，為了您的安全，請勿隨意進入施工範圍。-2018/07/31

Fr. Barry and his angels
In an extreme hot morning at the end of July, renowned stained glass artist Fr. Barry Martinson S.J. and his artist partner Mr. Ya-Wee Shih came over the chapel’s ruins where it was mud outside due to heavy rain the day before. They came for the windows of the Chapel in order to redesign and reinstall the stained glasses.
When looking at the historic document, this chapel was once called “The Chapel of Angels”. We not only restore its original design as much as possible during the refurbishment, but also wish to discover more stories that happened here.
繁花落盡，果實累累
七月的清晨，地面上凋零的混着落葉與樹枝，颱風剛過，漫步在小徑上，不禁想起此刻不同於柚子花開時，
片地花香，整個田野都瀰漫柚花的香甜。
我們就好比這些果樹，在風雨中成長，在陽光下開花，當繁花落盡便碩果累累。
請一起來聽花開的聲音，一起來看柚花落盡，蟬鳴鳥語，爾後便是累累碩果，美不勝收。

重建工程的開展
「沒有黃葉就沒有秋天，廢墟就是建筑的黃葉。人們說，黃葉的意義在於哺育春天。我說，黃葉本身也是美。」－－余秋雨＜廢墟＞
淪為廢墟的教堂縱然在網路上引起熱潮，但倘若我們不覺得這塊土地有保存的價值，只是為了打卡而慕名而來，反而只會讓更多人破壞她，加速她的消逝。
回想過去流逝的時光裡，這間教堂內也曾有過光燦的佈置與優揚的歌聲，流泄出祥和與歡樂。進入異域般的教堂裡體驗不同文化的內涵，是靈獲得慰藉之所。祈求天主讓祂喜悅之事得以成就，也希望大家一起為重建團隊熱切祈禱。-2018/07/01
